Heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) of gas-steam combined cycle power plants often suffer from fouling problems on the finned tubes. This leads to increased pressure loss and reduced heat transfer, which lowers the efficiency of the plant. With the PressureWave⁺ cleaning process, these fouling problems can be solved with little effort. We will be pleased to advise you on the best solution for your boiler.

Through our specially trained personnel we carry out cleaning of HRSGs worldwide. Whether horizontal tube bundles or vertical. With the mobile PressureWave⁺ system the pressure wave can be generated in the boiler controlled from the outside. Thus, the working time in the boiler, under increased risk (confined spaces), can be reduced to a minimum, as well as the construction of a scaffold can be dispensed with.
