WASTE INCINERATION PLANTS

Waste incineration plants are, due to their heterogeneous fuel, very susceptible to fouling on their heat exchanger surfaces. This leads to reduced heat transfer and an increase in pressure drop. These occur as slagging, as deposits of solids, as condensation of the substances in the flue gas and also from the resulting chemical processes. These contaminations can be specifically cleaned using the PressureWave⁺ cleaning process. This is done without shutting down the plant. Thanks to PressureWave⁺, the period between maintenance outages as well as the efficiency can be increased. The PressureWave⁺ cleaning process can be applied to the following plant components:

In addition to the cleaning process, we can support you with our high-temperature camera for inspections of all boiler parts. Whether in darkness or temperatures up to 1200 °C, we provide you with a clear view.

We are also happy to help with problems with the plant. 20 years of experience coupled with modern software allow us to optimize your plant. Increase of heat transfer, reduction of pressure loss and also increase of waste throughput can be achieved by optimized settings and cleaning.
